There are two methods to solve this problem, depending on your intentions:
- If you want to respect the file's read-only status, then click OK and choose a different file name.
- If you really want to save the document to its current file, then click Cancel, use Windows Explorer to remove the file's Read-only attribute (or use some other tool like SourceSafe to check out the file and make it writable), and finally repeat the save command.
