TIXMSG_START_FILE_REMOVAL
Signals the start of the file removal stage. At this point, all files and folders are still present. The end of file removal is signalled by TIXMSG_END_FILE_REMOVAL.
Action scheduling
This message is sent by the RemoveFiles standard action; its scheduling depends on the action sequences used by the installer.
