TIXMSG_START_FILE_INSTALL
Signals the start of the file installation stage. At this point, no files have been installed yet, although some folders may already exist. The end of file installation is signalled by TIXMSG_END_FILE_INSTALL.
Action scheduling
This message is sent by the InstallFiles standard action; its scheduling depends on the action sequences used by the installer.
