TIXMSG_END_SHORTCUT_INSTALL
Signals the end of the shortcut installation stage. At this point, all selected shortcuts have been created and the product's start menu folder (if any) exists. The extension DLL can use this opportunity to create additional custom shortcuts, if desired.
Action scheduling
This message is sent by the CreateShortcuts standard action; its scheduling depends on the action sequences used by the installer.
