TIXMSG_END_FILE_REGISTRATION
Signals the end of the file registration stage. At this point, all files or folders have been installed and those marked for self-registration have been registered.
Action scheduling
This message is sent by the RegisterFiles standard action; its scheduling depends on the action sequences used by the installer.
Note: If any files are in use during the installation process, then the file registration will be delayed until the next system restart.
