New Project - Options
The New Project - Options wizard page is the first page that appears when you choose the File > New command from the main menu bar. It allows you to specify a few options for the project that you are about to create.
Dialog fields and options
This dialog box contains the following fields and options.
| Attribute | Description |

| Product name | Enter the name of the product (without version number) for the project that you are about to create, then click Finish to create the project. You will be prompted for the file name and location of the new project. |
| Publisher name | Enter the name of the product's publisher. This name is used for copyright notices and as the default folder name in various places. |
| Main executable | Displays the full path to the main executable of your product. If specified, the new project will be initialized with information from that file and the folder containing the file will be added as an installation folder to the InstallMate project. |
| Browse | Click this button to browse for a suitable executable file to use as your product's main executable. If you select a main executable, information from its VERSIONINFO resource will be used to fill in the Product name and Publisher name fields. |
| Reset | Click this button to reset the Main executable field. |
| (unlabeled) | The bottom area displays information from the main executable, to help you verify that the file contains the desired VERSIONINFO resource. |
